Yea, this is one of those characters to which I totally fabricated the name, heheh. I honestly don't know what it means, but hopefully it wouldn't matter, 'cuz a name is just a name, right? Heheh.

I tried to do some kind of new design... I know a lot of people are thinkin' that I mummified this character or something, heheh. Maybe I did, but he's still very much alive. I just had random ideas about putting wrappings around is arms and legs, and then I ended up wrapping it around everywhere, but I didn't want him to end up lookin' like a ninja turtle with very few, so this is what I got... Anyway, my main objective was to make him look like a really cool bad guy, someone who's worth beating up, heheh. This character actually ends up being Ansatsu's battling rival. Originally, he looked exactly like Ansatsu just with a diamond imprinted on his headband's crest. Now I changed his headband somewhat and I replaced the diamond with either a Japanese symbol or kanji signification of the word "darkness." Hopefully I was right in that, and the source I used was off one of my lil' bro's 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' duel monsters cards: 'The Red-Eyes Black Dragon', heheh.

Background Info:
A shadow of shadows and the incarnation of evil itself. Seizu has practiced under the dark martial arts for years and has become an expert in the stealth ninjutsu. Much of his history is unknown and he lives like a true shadow. He kills because it is what he does. It seems that the ones who burned down Ansatsu's village has a connection with Seizu. Even though Seizu is not directly linked to the crime, he may well be involved one way or another. Seizu has great hate for Ansatsu, rivaling his every move. For the reason why he hates is unknown, but there is speculation that the two ninjas may be related. His main desire is to kill anyone who opposes him, and rid of Ansatsu.

You should draw him more. His character design is so cool, and your pencil shading is awesome (It's probably even better now, since this is one of your older pictures)

I thought it was based off ninja gaiden rather than ninja turtles =L well its badass either way...sos your avi...dammit i want it all xD

Well, he's not based off anything--just one of the character designs I made up for a ninja-themed project I intend on working on when I have the time for it. I only thought he would look like a ninja turtle in how they wear few bandages in the series--so I decided to cover him in bandages instead.
